Stoke has the Warms and Healthy Homes fund which can be found here

Stratford on Avon Council

It does not seem that Stratford offer any grant schemes, but homeowners may wish to enquire using the email address: psht@stratford-dc.gov.uk

Stroud Council

Sunderland City Council

An ECO flex and an ECO grant can be found here.

Surrey Heath Borough Council

All available grants and advice can be found here

Sutton London Borough Council

Sutton appear to only have an ECO grant. Information can be found here

Swale District Council

Grants can be found from the mainpage here

Swansea City and County Council

Swansea City has an ECO grant which can be found here alongside advice.

Swindon Borough Council

Swindon is part of the Warm and Safe Wiltshire which offers grants. Information can be found here.

Tameside Borough Council

All available grants and funding can be found here

Tamworth Borough Council

Tamworth council has an ECO grant and is part of Staffordshire warmer homes. Both can  be found here

Teignbridge Council

Teignbridge has a variety of grants and funds, which can all be found here

Telford & Wrekin Council

Telford do not offer any grants on their website, however an ECO grant can be found here

 Tendring District Council

Test Valley

Test Valley has a home improvement grant can be found here .

Tewkesbury Council

Advice and an ECO grant can be found here

Thanet District Council
